    The invention consists of a yogurt maker, which allows to produce a homemade yogurt of a uniform consistency and creamy.
    The operating principle of this yogurt maker is that during the coagulation phase of the yogurt, the evaporation is done in such a way that the superfluous liquid contained in the preparation which is used to make the yogurt is evacuated to the extent gradually, in order to obtain a creamy and pleasant yogurt.
    It is to evacuate out of the yogurt maker, while the preparation turns into yogurt, the steam that releases the fermentation. By promoting evaporation, the correct consistency is obtained. The appliance will be designed so that the hygrometry is maintained so as to maintain a constant humidity and to reach the degree of heat necessary to obtain yogurt.
    I propose a yogurt maker with two overlapping lids with perforations so that the steam can escape and never condense inside the yogurt maker, under the bottom cover or on the walls of the device, and drop by percolation into the yogurt.
    The same device may include either individual small pots or a single pot.
    In a first phase, the basic preparation of yogurt taken from the fridge or remained at room temperature is poured into the pots or the single container to be tetemed; in a second phase the yogurt maker maintains the proper temperature to allow coagulation of the yogurt for the duration defined by a timer that automatically interrupts the hotplate at the end of the process. The timer however must allow to manually extend the duration of the coagulation process in the case where the user prefers a denser yogurt.
    The yogurt maker is in four parts:<tb> 1. <SEP> A base containing the heating plate which will be equipped with a switch, which will be equipped with a selector, which the user will have to adjust according to whether the basic preparation will be poured in a single pot or in small individual pots; the switch will also be set to two different times, a longer to warm a basic preparation that leaves the fridge or a shorter to warm a preparation that is chambered; this heating plate will also be equipped with a timer which must allow either an automatic adjustment or a manual adjustment: after the warming up of the basic preparation, the temperature will automatically be set for the time necessary for the coagulation of the yogurt and may be optionally Manually extended by the user to obtain an even more dense texture.<tb> 2. <SEP> A removable tray on which the pots are placed - either individual pots or a single pot - during the preparation phase of the yogurt; this removable tray avoids handling once the product is ready to be put in the fridge for the cooling phase.<tb> 3. <SEP> A first lid with perforations in its upper part which is placed on top of the removable tray - on which are placed the individual pots or the single pot - which allows the evaporation of the liquid contained in the yogurt ; relative to the height of the pots containing the preparation of the yogurt, which will not be provided with lids at any time, this first lid must be higher than the edge of the pots by one or several centimeters to prevent condensation under this lid and facilitate the evacuation of the steam by the perforations.<tb> 4. <SEP> A second lid which is placed over the first lid and which is also provided with perforations on its upper part to allow the evacuation of steam; possible variant: this second lid, in addition to being provided with lateral perforations, may be provided with a central neck: for this variant, the second lid may also be placed over the removable tray carrying the yogurt pots while It will cool in the fridge and in this case the neck will be closed by a tight closure so that yogurts do not get in the smell of the fridge.<tb> 5. <SEP> Small pots or single pot can also be placed separately in the fridge once fitted with an individual lid that could be disposable.
